"I have been with this specific group since I could drive at 16 (circa roughly 2010 under my parents policy, currently 31). Today, I just called to inquire about being issued cards with my wife on them after she was rejected from being put on my insurance for having her license suspended (separate issue with a different company; she missed a month paying for an SR-22 and DMV didn’t notify her, we are currently in the process of dealing with that…). Upon confirming the actual expectation date of said cards, since my wife was on them and the system didn’t catch it before the cards went out, I was also notified that I would also be losing my insurance through State Farm, due to it being “too much risk” that my wife would drive my vehicle. After I took a breath to calm myself, I confirmed what I was just told, expressing my displeasure. I was notified that “we can double check to see if we can do something once you verify she has her own insurance” but at this point, 15+ years of loyalty to the same company apparently meant absolutely nothing to them. James, if you read this, I just want you to know your silence and meek “yes” meant you wouldn’t go to bat for me, and that means more than anything. As an agent, you need to figure out HOW to help your clients. If that’s too much headache for you, get out of the game now buddy. If you’re considering this group, don’t. They won’t have your back when you’re trying to figure things out (especially with everyone’s favorite government entity DMV) they’ll just dump you like a cold hearted ex moving on to someone “less risky” because of an issue not even involving you. Absolutely bonkers."

"I'm currently with Clark Jackson Agency. My twin sister Sheri Winston Gordon is currently with this agency in which she requested over a month ago to move her policy to Clark Jackson as this agent haven't done anything but merge our policies together in which she's losing money because she lost her discount because we can't set up the drive safe. WE can't get a call back and I will be complaining to the Insurance Comm on this terrible service with this agency. I'm requesting my policy moved to Clark Jackson ASAP. I'm also requesting back dating every discount I've lost. I'm really confused as to HOW you guys can't get twins profiles merged. This has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I will no longer do business with this agency."

"I've been a State Farm customer for over a dozen years, and have been with this office for about 5 of them. Haile and his team have always been super helpful and quick to respond to my questions. They've even told me on a couple occasions that I was likely carrying more coverage than I needed, and made suggestions to modify it and reduce my premiums in the process. I (luckily) haven't had to make a claim in years, but I remember the last time being pretty painless, all things considered. Overall, I've been very happy with both Haile's team and my overall experience with State Farm."
